Colin’s interest in drawing and painting has increased since retirement. His art is mainly self-taught but realising his limitations he has also attended various art courses, including in acrylic, oil, landscape, life and portrait. Colin draws and paints most subjects but prefers tackling portraits. He paints in oil, acrylic and watercolour but prefers oil due the increased control it offers e.g. when blending colours. He has exhibited and sold paintings locally and is available for commissions.
