a. Take a photo of your painting (before framing).
b. Use photo software1 to crop the image as necessary.
c. Save the image as a low resolution .jpg file. The image size should be in the range 100KB to 120KB.
d. Change2 the filename of the .jpg to the title of your painting. Please use the following convention:
–> Capitalise the first letter of every word
–> Delete all spaces
–> Delete all special characters such as dashes and commas
Example filenames: HarbourView.jpg, ASunnyDayInEpsom.jpg, DavidsHouse.jpg
Email your .jpg to our Website Editor (eeagwebsite@gmail.com).
If you can only provide high res images, it may be best to zip3 them up into a folder and then attach the compressed folder to the email, rather than attaching individual images
